Steel Melting Shop

Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) · Virgin Route

We use the "Virgin Route" approach - combining HBI and DRI materials with scrap in the electric arc furnace - for tighter control over chemical composition. A dual-treatment system removes phosphorus and sulfur impurities.

Ladle Refining Furnace

LRF · 40 MT

The ladle refining furnace is used for precise adjustment of the steel's chemical composition and temperature optimization. Continuous argon purging ensures homogenization of the steel.

"C" Type Twin Strand Caster

A "C" type twin-strand caster with a 6/12 meter casting radius. A 5-tonne tundish and PLC-controlled secondary cooling ensure consistent quality of 130×130 mm billets.
